Leanne Campbell is an Associate Director at LIFT and is part of the social impact team that supports the planning, capacity building, and scaling of social purpose organizations to affect meaningful and measurable impact.

Leanne has focused her career on building and implementing growth strategies within the non-profit, charitable, and social impact sectors. Prior to joining LIFT, Leanne worked at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto in a variety of roles within its annual $60+ million community campaign, creating and executing fundraising plans with donors at all giving levels as well as community engagement initiatives. Most notably, she spearheaded the development and implementation of a model for engaging the next generation in philanthropy and community leadership, which became a key pillar within UJA Federation’s Strategic Plan. Leanne previously worked as a Global Fellow in the MovingWorlds Institute, employing her skills and experience to a social enterprise in Cambodia, and applying a design thinking approach to help the organization scale their impact through strategic partnerships.

Leanne holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Community Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Social Work from McMaster University. She obtained a Diploma in Social Service Administration from the University of Toronto.
