We created Impact Consulting as an opportunity to widen our impact to SPOs across the sector. Our Impact Consulting approach gives SPOs the flexibility to focus on one or two capacity areas to improve outcomes, whether it be strategy, organizational effectiveness, impact measurement or a blueprint for scaling up.
Impact Consulting engagements typically last between three to six months. We also welcome SPO clients referred by corporate partners. Our five areas of Impact Consulting support build on LIFT’s core capabilities and are progressive, effective, and innovative approaches to deliver social impact solutions.
