We created Impact Consulting as an opportunity to widen our impact to SPOs across the sector. Our Impact Consulting approach gives SPOs the flexibility to focus on one or two key areas to improve outcomes, whether it be strategy, organizational effectiveness, impact measurement or a blueprint for scaling up.
Impact Consulting commitments are three to six months in duration. We also welcome SPO clients sponsored by corporate partners.
