Our Story
LIFT Impact Partners is a national non-profit organization. Together with our partners, we accelerate change to create a Canada where all people and communities thrive.
Since 2011, we have been instrumental in the growth and evolution of social purpose organizations (SPOs) across Canada, with evidence-based solutions and impact measurement as our foundation. Our proven model helps SPOs become more impactful in improving social, economic, and employment outcomes.
First known as LIFT Philanthropy Partners, we emerged from 2010 Legacies Now, an organization created to leverage the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games to create social and economic benefits in communities throughout British Columbia. In 2021, we sharpened our focus and changed our name to LIFT Impact Partners to better reflect who we are, what we do and what Canada needs right now.
