At LIFT, we bring Social Purpose Organizations (SPOs) together through cohort projects designed to expand each organizations reach and impact. These initiatives, spanning one to three years, provide tailored support to help SPOs achieve stronger social, economic, and employment outcomes for the Canadians they serve.
Our unique approach combines strategic coaching and capacity-building from our social impact team and access to resources from a national network of pro bono partners. By strengthening the core capacities of high-performing SPOs, we empower them to grow from within, becoming more self-sustaining and impactful.
