The Institute for Research and Development on Inclusion and Society (IRIS) is a federally incorporated research institute and non-profit organization which seeks to seed and support transformative social development. Informed by the systemic exclusion that people with intellectual and other disabilities and marginalized groups face, IRIS conducts research to identify issues and policy options, foster social innovation to re-imagine inclusion, and strengthen capacity and leadership for transformative change.
