TEAM Work Cooperative (TWC) is dedicated to fostering inclusive employment opportunities in Nova Scotia, Canada. Understanding the unique dynamics of the Nova Scotian labour market and societal needs, TWC aims to ensure that every individual, irrespective of their abilities or barriers, has equal access to employment. As a Nova Scotia Works Employment Centre, TWC’s mission is not only to address the employment challenges in the region but also to advocate for and actualize a workforce where inclusivity is a norm.
