Manager, Social Impact

Jenna is a Manager at LIFT and is part of the social impact team that supports the planning, capacity building, and scaling of social purpose organizations to affect meaningful and measurable impact.

Prior to LIFT, Jenna worked as a Social Enterprise Development Support Consultant with National social enterprise coach, Elly Green. In this role, Jenna supported non-profits in Central Ontario to enhance, track and evaluate their impact, clarify strategic direction and diversify their revenue streams. Jenna was previously Project Coordinator of the Social Enterprise Network of Central Ontario (SENCO), an initiative of Georgian College. Her work included the delivery of a partnership project focused on integrating social impact and EDI goals into institutional supply chains, as well as writing and hosting a 3-part podcast series about social innovation in Central Ontario. In this role, Jenna facilitated multiple knowledge-sharing workshops for international audiences, primarily post-secondary institutions. Jenna has worked on several affordable housing projects, including transitional housing for women and children in Barrie, and 2 City of Toronto housing initiatives for refugees and youth.

Jenna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University, with concentrations in Marketing and Sustainability in Business.
