Diana Wickham

Director, Social Impact

Diana Wickham is a Director at LIFT, and is part of the social impact team that supports the planning, capacity building, and scaling of social purpose organizations to affect meaningful and measurable impact.

Diana’s experience spans the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, working most recently as part of LIFT’s Partner Network. Her consulting work for foundations and charities has centered on the social determinants of health and encompassed issues as diverse as access to post-secondary education, child protection, chronic disease prevention, institutional planning for the social dimension of innovation districts, and youth employment. Diana previously worked in an executive role at a social policy think-tank and served as Executive Officer, Development at the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation and Manager, Industry Development for the Ontario government.

Diana holds an Honors BA in Political Science from McGill, a graduate Diploma in Communication Studies from Concordia, and an MBA from IMEDE-IMD in Lausanne. In a volunteer capacity, she serves as an Ambassador for Catapult Canada, a signature initiative of the Rideau Hall Foundation, and formerly co-chaired the project steering committee.
