Vancouver, B.C. - LIFT Impact Partners is pleased to announce Angela Armstrong, Billy Pratt, and Margie Parikh have joined its national Board of Directors.

Angela Armstrong is the Founder and President of Prime Capital Group, a direct lender based in Edmonton specializing in equipment finance solutions that enable Canadian businesses to scale and grow. Angela believes that culture is rooted in community and care and brings that philosophy into the organization she leads. Previously, Angela served as Board Chair for Women Building Futures, a social purpose organization that helps underemployed women through employer-sponsored pre-apprenticeship and trade programs. She was awarded the Queen Elizabeth Jubilee medal in 2023 in recognition of her work. Angela has also served as the past Chair for Synergy Network, the Canadian Finance & Leasing Association, and is currently a Board advisor for the IMYEG innovation accelerator.

Billy Pratt is a transformational charity leader with a drive for excellence and inclusion that engages others in the pursuit of being better for the world. Billy currently serves as the CEO of Eden Care Communities, a charity based in Saskatchewan that focuses on affordable housing, disabilities, and senior care. With 25 years of experience in the charitable sector, Billy has engaged Canadians on issues that are local, provincial, national, and international in scope. He has worked for organizations with missions dedicated to international development, community corrections, homelessness, and health care. Billy also serves as a Board member at The Jane Goodall Institute of Canada, Kids Brain Health Network, and Kids Brain Health Foundation.

As Principal of On Governance Consulting, Margie Parikh focuses on amplifying the impact and value of Boards and directors. With experience in international marketing, financial management, and Board governance, Margie brings multiple perspectives to the table as a consultant, director, and senior leader. Margie currently serves as a director on the CRA's Board of Management and has previously served as the lead director of the BC Energy Regulator, CISV International, and Mountain Equipment Co-op. She has also served on numerous other Boards, including Camosun College and Oikocredit Canada. Her many community roles include volunteering as a mentor for Women Get on Board, a coach for RISE on Boards for young directors, and a leader of several refugee sponsorship initiatives in her community.
