The Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) promotes and supports meaningful and equitable employment of people with disabilities. As innovators and agents of change, CCRW builds partnerships, develops skills, shares knowledge and influences attitudes. CCRW’s long term goal is for Canada to be a fully inclusive country where people with disabilities thrive in employment. We accomplish this by providing direct service to clients and businesses across Canada.
Opportunity
Strengthen and refine CCRW’s processes in order to become a more cohesive organization from coast to coast, sharing tools and resources across programs and services. Scale CCRW to improve accessibility and employment opportunities across Canada, while increasing fee-for-service solutions to create a long-lasting impact on employment for both clients and businesses.
Plan
Develop a comprehensive measurement framework to report on CCRW’s social impact. Create a leadership development approach at CCRW that fosters ongoing skill building for managers and staff. Develop a knowledge management process to enhance information flows across the organization. Leverage business solutions to balance the scale of service offerings at CCRW for organizational impact and responsiveness, ensuring CCRW is client-centered for both job seekers and employers. Implement fee-for-service opportunities to ensure integration and coordination in all CCRW programs and services.
