Inclusion Canada is a national federation of 13 provincial-territorial associations and over 300 local associations working to advance the full inclusion and human rights of people with an intellectual disability and their families. Support Inclusion Canada to enhance its national impact, so people with an intellectual disability and their families are equally valued and can participate fully in all aspects of society.
Develop a comprehensive measurement framework to report on Inclusion Canada’s social impact and improve performance. Develop a strong external communications strategy with clear and consistent messaging on what an inclusive life looks like that resonates with a broad and diverse audience. Develop a knowledge management process to enhance information flows across the organization. Develop a robust strategy to diversify revenue sources. Refine board structures and processes to strategically support Inclusion Canada at the national level.
