Challenge Disability Resource Group (CDRG) is a not-for-profit organization located in Whitehorse, Yukon. Through its values of collaborating for diverse and inclusive opportunities through self-discovery and its vision to see people with disabilities living to their full potential, CDRG’s mission is to assist individuals with disabilities in learning life and job skills by empowering them to be engaged in their community.
CDRG assists adults with disabilities in becoming active and independent contributors to their community by offering employment through CDRG’s social enterprises, delivering employment training and development programs and operating three residential programs - a mental health treatment program, a housing first/harm reduction home for adult males and a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.
