Director, Social Impact
Gordon began his career in manufacturing and distribution, helping his customers get their software first on the shelves for the Christmas holidays.
When that was no longer enough to get him up in the morning he transitioned to the charitable sector, where he has helped not for profits become more financially sustainable by developing products and services for revenue generation and diversification. Gordon has worked in education, health care and employment, where he focused on strategy, marketing, fundraising and go-to-market strategies for revenue generation.
He received his Executive MBA from the Schulich School of Business and The Kellogg School of Management, and his BA from Skidmore College in New York. Gordon lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.
