Cheryl Hogg is a Project Consultant at LIFT, bringing over 30 years of corporate and financial expertise in both the private and not-for-profit sectors.

Cheryl is a principal of Infocus Management Consulting, a full-service firm that specializes in strategic performance development. She has been consulting with various organizations in both the private and not-for-profit sectors, helping them to translate strategic advice into operational practice with a focus on improving performance.

Cheryl previously worked for Ernst & Young in Mississauga and Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in Vancouver with a focus on the insurance, manufacturing, high-tech, not-for-profit, and mining industries. Later, she directed her attention to the insurance, health care, and social service sectors, gaining experience in both systems design and managing complex business models. After two years as the Director of Finance and Financial Reporting at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, Cheryl served for seven years as the Chief Operating Officer for one of Western Canada’s largest social housing agencies in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

Cheryl completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Toronto in addition to obtaining a chartered professional accountant designation. She serves on the board of directors for Make-A-Wish Foundation BC & Yukon and Make-A-Wish Foundation Canada and previously served on the board of directors for Women’s Health Research Institute.
