LIFT is working with Neil Squire Society, the only national not-for-profit organization in Canada that has for over thirty years empowered Canadians with disabilities using computer-based assistive technologies, research and development, and various employment programs. Neil Squire helps their clients remove barriers so they can live independent lives and become active members of the workplace and society. Specializing in education and workplace empowerment, the Society has served over 35,000 people since 1984.

The Associate Director, Social Impact will work primarily with Neil Squire Society on an 18 month contract with the possibility of the role becoming a permanent position at Neil Squire. The individual will work closely with both the Social Impact team of LIFT and the Executive team of Neil Squire to develop and execute the Fundraising Strategic Plan. The incumbent will take a leadership role in researching, cultivating, stewarding and growing new corporate, foundation and individual contributions to the Society to help ensure its continued growth and success.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, creative and a proven self-starter, with an outstanding reputation as a professional fundraiser and communicator. Accustomed to working with a team and communicating with a Board of Directors, you have a solid record of achieving ambitious fundraising targets for a regional or national organization.
